Marty is a hall monitor at school. While monitoring the hall, he sees his friend Paul take a cell phone out of his backpack. Cell phones are not allowed in school. Marty doesn't want to get Paul in trouble, but Marty is supposed to help keep order in the halls and to tell a teacher when school rules are broken. What should Marty do? Write a paragraph explaining what you think Marty should do.
